How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated in the checkout based on location.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship directly to most international countries. Increased shipping rates may apply.
When will my order arrive?
All domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 4-7 business days for delivery (total 7-10 days from order).
All Canadian and other International orders can take up to 14-21 business days to arrive depending on the country.
If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/stolen or lost claims. You have the option to request a required signature upon delivery of your package in the notes section in your shopping cart.
How do I return/exchange my order?
Exchanges are allowed on all Kamo merchandise within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Return link is on confirmation email. If you have any difficulties contact us at info@kamompls.com with any questions.
Why do my billing and shipping address have to match?
It is necessary that your billing and shipping address match to prevent fraud.
